Have been dividing my time between listing and selling, and attending university and studying Eastern European history, Slavic languages and economics, and doing research and writing on all those subjects. But really, I have been trying to wait out this down real estate market, waiting for a systemic improvement. My observation? Unless you live in an area with massive job-creation (oil, airplanes, software, technology), and the jobs are right down the road, not two tanks of gas per week away, then it will be some time yet before we hit bottom in real estate values. And until we hit bottom, the best we can hope for is a flat-line trend. What do you think, and what has been your experience the last few years?</p>
